PSYCHOLOGICAL DETERMINATS OF THE PROFESSIONAL BURNOUT OF FIREFIGHTERS The article deals with the main approaches to the studying of the notion “professional burnout” and the determinants of the professional burnout of firefighters. In the article the level of the subjective control and the level of person’s pretension and also the leading motivational orientation of a person are distinguished as the main psychological determinants. The diagnostic programme and the results of the psycho-diagnostic research are introduced in the article.
