Poljanskaja 24 №4 Department of information-analytical and organizational- methodical work Department is created for the purpose of development of the unified scientific-methodological space, enhancing the level of professional competence and realization of personal potential professionalism. The Department realizes • Study and analysis of condition and results of methodical work of the institution • Collection and compilation of statistical, analytical and reporting materials at the activities of the centre • Advertising and informational and educational activities in the sphere of social orphanhood prevention • Organization of interaction with the organs and institutions of social protection and social services, education, health care, guardianship and custody, internal affairs, public and other organizations, the mass media • Organization and conducting seminars, trainings and other events for professionals • The organization of courses of improvement of specialists' qualification of social service institutions in Tula region on a free basis under the following programs: - "Social work with substitute families" (72 hours) - "Prevention of social orphanage: early detection, diagnosis of cruel treatment, technologies of the family's preservation" (72 hours) - "Project management in the field of social services for families and children" (36 hours) "The network of social contacts: mobilizing social environment of children and families in a crisis situation" (112 hours) - "Intensive family therapy at home" (120 hours) The Department of family and children The Department was created in order to assist families and children in need of social support. The office carries out activities to preserve the family, promote the arrangement of children-orphans and children left without parental care in families, foster families by providing them with social services, assistance in realization of their legitimate rights and interests in the territory of Tula region. To the Department are accepted • Families and juveniles being in a socially dangerous situation, a difficult situation • Citizens who have expressed a desire to take care of children left without parental care • Families who foster a child left without parental care In the Department of family and children work: social workers, psychologists, social workers, speech therapist, teacher-defectologist.
