The resource centre has a modern material and technical base: equipped offices, equipped with computers, multimedia facilities, small conference hall, press centre and media library, an area of psychological relief, the lecture hall; the centre has the Internet connection. The center has all necessary conditions for productive activities of employees and ensure the comfort of clients and public events. In the centrehelp is assisted by specialists of the following departments: • Department of urgent social assistance • The Department of organization of post-residental support • Department of information-analytical and organizational-methodical work • The Department of family and children Department of urgent social assistance The Department was created in order to provide one-time assistance to the citizens in need of social support. Urgent social assistance is granted based on the personal appeal, the statements of the parents, legal representatives of minors. In the Department there is: • Urgent psychological help • Assisting in the preparation of documents • Consulting Aid in providing basic necessities: food, clothing, shoes, hygiene products, care products for children. The Department of organization of post-residental support The Department of post-residental support organizes and carries out social adaptation of graduates of boarding schools and orphanages. Objectives of the Department are to build a single, efficient regional system of post-residental support. Specialists of the Department carry out preventive work of social maladjustment the graduates, to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the graduate, identify negative factors of socialization in the process of adaptation in the post period and reduce their impact. Priority direction of work of the Department - the social hotel for graduates under 23 years, who have no certain place of residence. One of perspective directions of work is the creation of the "Association of children-orphans and children left without parental care". Forms and methods of work • Registration and monitoring of graduates of orphanages • Methodological support for the specialists in helping people after leaving boarding houses • Development of programs individual support for alumni • Reception of graduates and the provision of competent psychological- medical-pedagogical advice • The provision of social services • Conduct recreational activities for graduates.
