The article also discusses the main tasks, forms and methods of work used by the social services and centers to support families and children. Аннотация: В данной статье представлен опыт работы российских социальных служб помощи семьям в трудной жизненной ситуации и институту семьи в целом. Также приведен перечень основных проблемы, с которыми сталкивается семья в современном обществе, и основные задачи, формы и методы работы социальных служб и центров поддержки. Disabled families are families in a social risk situation. It could be a family where the parents or legitimate representatives of the teenagers do not fulfil their obligations of parenting, influence negatively on children behavior or treat them cruelly. F
