Мы принимаем на себя ответственность за достоверность и каче- ство опубликованных материалов, за обоснованность и взвешенность предлагаемых решений, за результативность нашей консультацион- ной и просветительской деятельности. Мы используем наш опыт пре- подавания и проведения научных изысканий для распространения накопленных знаний и способов деятельности. Вместе с тем мы от- крыты для инноваций и готовы к реализации новых возможностей. Наши авторы осознанно выбирают добросовестность и поря- дочность, а потому не приемлют плагиат и несамостоятельное выпол- нение работ. Ромашина Greetings, dear readers! We would like to represent you the student science periodical e-jour- nal «The Times of Sсience. Vremya Nauki». E-journal has four editions a year and represents the results of young researchers’ independent activity. The creators of this journal are united by common values:  interest in scientific work;  cooperation and concerned for each other;  active position in cognition around the world, people around us and ourselves;  honesty and openness;  aspiration for truth;  academic freedom and responsibility;  professionalism and exactingness. This e-journal is created by students and for students. The student editorial board with the support and help of academics reviews and edits submitted materials, typesets articles, organizes discussions of the most important and interesting topics. Among our authors are not only students and masters of our univer- sity, but students from different universities of Russia and foreign coun- tries. We strive to make our e- journal the widest informational, analytical and discussion base for all who are ready to start this way. The e- journal has become a notable phenomenon in student science at university for two years –on its pages, conferences, workshops and con- sultations students communicate with each other and academics, discuss
