Цель данной статьи – выявить отношение к детству и детям купца города Дмитров И. А. Толченова на основе его автобиографического произведения «Журнал, или Записка жизни и приключений И. А. Толченова». Новизна исследования заключена в рассмотрении вопросов восприятия детства на таком редком источнике, как автобиография русского купца второй половины XVIII в. TOLCHENOV Abstract . : The article aims to reveal the attitude towards childhood and children of I.A. Tolchenov, the merchant of the town of Dmitrov, on the basis of his autobiographical work "Journal, or Notes of the Life and Adventures of I.A. Tolchenov". The novelty of the study lies in the consideration of the perception of childhood on such a rare source as an autobiography of a Russian merchant of the second half of the 18th century.
