Университет XXI века: научное измерение

«Университет XXI века: научное измерение» – 2018 12 Improving the quality, effectiveness of student education depends on skillful se- lection and use of a variety of teaching methods by a teacher-leader, teacher-leader, teacher-leader, as well as from the activation, subject-subject relations of the whole educational process. In the classroom, in the process of teaching and educational activity, it is impor- tant that students themselves actively participate, showing initiative and responsibil- ity for their decisions in the classroom. Therefore, we propose to apply active teach- ing methods in the pedagogical process [7]. For example, we suggest to describe or draw your image as a teacher /leader/ in- novator /manager in a seminar and IWSWT. Students drawing a rotating wheel of personality qualities of the teacher-leader /innovator/ manager, issued the following: the modern teacher should be wise (the figure of an owl), active and fast (drawing of an eagle), dexterous (drawing of a hare), resourceful and creative (drawing of a fox), majestic and powerful (drawing of an elephant), harmonious (drawing of a leopard), flexible (figure of a cheetah). On the blitz game "Portrait of an Ideal teacher" was given the task of drawing up criteria for evaluating the ideal teacher, and the trainees assessed the teacher accord- ing to their criteria: exactingness, rigor, objectivity, sense of tact, kindness, neat ap- pearance, attentiveness, external attractiveness, competence in matters of pedagogy, good diction, modesty, politeness, intuition, goodwill, managerial skills, communica- tiveness, analytical judgment, mobility, and these qualities of character inherent in the ideal teacher are ranked by importance. Many, in our opinion, perspective pedagogical innovations, such as business and role games; modular training; integrated classes, etc., are actively involved in the practice of teaching activities of university teachers. Our analysis of the specialized literature and pedagogical experience of universities, a retrospective study of their own pedagogical activity and a survey of students testify to the intensive application of pedagogical innovations in the practice of the work of universities. Modern time is a time of innovation. Accustoming to new approaches in teach- ing and using them makes it possible to open up the thinking of the students them- selves to innovations, teach you to work on the lead, because these qualities are the features of active learning. New approaches in teaching, innovative technologies change the methods of work, the interaction itself, the relationship of the teacher and the student changes the thinking of the teacher, become a philosophy of practical activities of both teachers and students. Through the introduction of innovative approaches in teaching, there is a real reform of the educational process as a whole, which every teacher can realize in each particular lesson. And also, the use of innovative technologies, innovations and new approaches in teaching allows rethink pedagogical activity and conclude that “traditional” method of conducting the lesson is not capable of fully forming the learning skills of how to train and train, and it means not to be ready for the changes in conditions that the new school requires. In conclusion, we emphasize that only a teacher, or a teacher who owns an in- novative culture, can introduce students to it. The innovative methods and forms of
