Актуальные проблемы физического воспитания 361 – Descriptive statistics – analysis of variance; – Statistical null hypothesis – Student’s t-test; – Non-parametric statistical hypothesis test - Mann–Whitney U test; – Non-parametric statistical hypothesis test - Wilcoxon signed-rank test. In Table 1 are shown the results from the Variance Analysis of the students’ physical abilities at the beginning of the experiment. As it shows there are big differ- ences in their physical performance in each test. For example the range in the push- ups test in EG1 is from 0 to 28 repeats and in the long jump is from 102 to 170.5 cen- timeters. The Variance Analysis for EG2 is very similar. They also enlist in a group which timing is suitable with their other subjects’ timesheet. Thus (as it’s been proved by the Vari- ance Analysis in our study) at the same class happens to exercise people with differ-
