46 accordance with their living conditions: natural, historical, social, etc. Intercultural com- munication, based on a new phenomenon in the history of mankind – “the interest of the peoples of the Earth to each other”, opens new horizons for national spiritual develop- ment, gives freedom to national cultures and languages. Being open to the world, na- tional culture develops in the context of the world culture of this epoch [2]. The ability of one nation to master the achievements of another is an important indicator of the viability of its culture. This ability not only enriches your nation, trans- forming its image, but also allows to generously share your spiritual values with others, ensures interaction and mutual understanding of people, their perception of foreign values, and overcomes deformations in international relations [1, p.132]. Interaction of cultures is a two-way process. On the one hand, representatives of national cultures adopt and transform universal values; on the other hand, being an inseparable part of world culture, they make a significant contribution to the creation of common folk spiritual values, affecting world culture. During the process of global- ization, which has been developing rapidly in recent years, representatives of different peoples are increasingly faced with problems of mutual understanding and respect for the interlocutor in intercultural communication. An important role in the success of such contacts is played not only by the level of foreign language proficiency, but also by the mutual communicative competence of participants in the process of intercultural communication: knowledge of information of a country-specific and cultural nature, specifics of speech and non-speech behavior, features of national courtesy systems, from the balance between common and different in their perception processes and sym- bolic systems. The scope of translation from one language to another and understand each other is explained by the presence of common, basic knowledge about the world. However, when going beyond the universal, universal human, the information received by the individual is interpreted in accordance with cultural concepts and values. Experience of communi- cation with representatives of non-linguistic and cultural communities shows that most people are completely calm about grammatical and lexical errors, but they are very vul- nerable if cultural norms of communication are not taken into account. Moreover, some authors believe that in the near future, the causes of ethnic conflicts will not be economic or ideological differences, but cultural differences [3, р. 33]. Understand the imaginative thinking of the nation, look at the world through the eyes of carriers of a different culture can only learn the depth of the language spoken by members of this linguistic culture. The expression "learn a language" assumes learning a foreign language as a means of communication, when a person, having mastered a certain set of phonetic, grammatical and lexical skills, considers himself ready for communication. However, this knowledge of the language is superficial and often leads to communication errors, as a person simply searches for equivalents to words of the native language in a foreign language, forgetting, and often not knowing that the meanings and shades of meaning may be different. The researcher has in mind a deep insight into the plan of the signified language, its semantics [4, p. 78], this
