БИОЛОГИЯ № 4,2007 G. V. Pestsov THE DISEASES OF THE CULTIVATED MUSHROOMS AGARICUS BISPORUS AND PLEUROTl’S OSTREA TUS People were always interested in the culture of eatable mushrooms. The conditions of the growing of Agaricus bisporus and Pleurotus ostreatus favour the development of the concurrent and pathogenetic microflora, which do much damage to the culture of mush rooms. That’s why the actual and important problem is the study of species of microor ganisms in the process of cultivation of mushrooms and ecologically safe methods in the control of their population.
